ETIQUETTE (please read carefully)

We like to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of service in a friendly and courteous atmosphere. To achieve this we ask our visitors to keep in mind the following etiquette tips:

• Please note missed appointments will incur loss of deposit. 
• Cancellations- require a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid loss of deposit.
• Please arrive on-time - turning up significantly early or late is a breach of etiquette and may shorten your studio or viewing time. At busy times, especially weekends, your sitting will end on time so the next client isn’t delayed; regardless of how late you arrived.
• For the health and safety of all, your children must remain under your care and control at all times. Our camera rooms are located on our 1st floor so please take care on our stairs.
• PARKING. We have two named spaces in our car park located immediately behind our premises. They are provided on a 1st come 1st served basis. Please be advised that clamping contractors are in operation in this car park and you must not use any other bay at any time. Our spaces may only use whilst attending the studio.
• Public car parks are located within 50 feet on 3 sides of our building.
• We reserve the right to change policies whenever required.
• Gift certificates are available for all services.
